Business online
Recently, e-business seems to be growing contributing to the increase in e-commerce: more and more websites are offering services and products online which can be purchased via directly accepting Credit Cards on websites or through systems like paypal.
Due to the ease and convenience with which credit cards can be used, many websites have started to accept Credit Cards as a form of payment. Even when traveling to other countries, credit cards like Visa or Mastercard are accepted almost everywhere - one of the perks of technology.
Of course nothing is free in this world, so there would be some charges. Naturally it would be best for retailers to get the lowest rate billing payment solutions to keep everybody happy.

A New Chapter
People have been asking me what do I want to do now - to study or work, full-time or part-time. The answer is simple I still want to study, but I doubt I'll be taking that offer to go over to Australia to study. Not because I don't want to to, its just that I don't feel like it. If I had no other alternatives, I would have taken up the offer. And since I do have a choice now, I want to go over because I want to not because it's some handout provided by the school due to the circumstances.
I guess it depends on how an individual sees it. There have been some who tell me that I should take up the offer, since its better than nothing and at least they're offering some money. Just a little topping up the amount would be alright, depending on your lifestyle when you get there. To them its an opportunity. It true when you go out of the country to study you'll learn to be more independent and gain a new living experience. Nothing wrong with that, its just that I don't feel the same way. For now, I like it here and have no intention of moving anywhere. There will be other opportunities later on if I do want to study overseas. That's how I see it anyways.
After all, the grass always seems greener on the other side of the fence. But in life sometimes looks can be deceiving and we won't really know the outcome until later on with life. So for now, I'll just stick with my decision to study here and we'll see a couple of years down the road how it all turns out. It's nice to have someone up there who looks out for me. It's times like these that I feel loved. =) lol I know that everything will turn out perfectly fine.

Blogvertise
Was just surfing around and came across, Blogvertise - a pretty interesting site to visit and sign up for if you are interested in reviewing internet sites and weblogs. And while doing all that you even get paid too. I just signed up and now I'm just waiting for approval and hopefully soon I'll be on my way to reviewing sites and having a little extra cash paid to my paypal account.
Dogs dogs dogs and more dogs
So many kinds, shapes, sizes and colours. There are cute ones and there are ugly ones, even one to suit a certain lifestyle; all of which originated from wolves. You either love then or hate them, but one thing is for certain they are here to stay. People keep them, love them, abuse them and even eat them in certain places.
As the livelihood of people in well-developed countries get better, they can afford more things and with that they pick up other activities such as keeping dogs. There's nothing wrong with that; what is amusing is the way some owners pamper their dogs. With more and more owners wanting their dogs to enjoy life, the market for dog services seems to be lucrative. From dog spas to bakeries, hotels to eateries, transport services and even dog cleaning up services, and the list goes on. A simple search in Google for the types of dog services is mind blowing, and probably was what led me to type this...
There are some pretty practical services like dog transport services, bakeries and places for them to stay when the owners go for a holiday. While there are meaningful and practical services, there are also those really wacky ones.
For one, I never quite can understand some services such as dog weddings. Just the idea of people getting their dogs married - with ceremony and all, seems a bit over the top - the costs are not cheap either.They dress the dogs, take photos with the ceremony and all that. Money can and should be spent on better things, I mean its not the dogs who appreciate it, its just the owners, its not like the dogs have a say in it, even if they did can owner speak "dog" to truly understand what the dog wants? I guess that one of the reasons why there are services such as this, for owners to imagine life as a dog.
As for the the rest of the world might think its just plain ridiculous.The only thing that is good for is people earning off money people who really have money but don't know what to do with it.

Ramblings about a dog
I never thought I would be I would be a dog owner. I meant, I've dreamt about it when I was a child but I was never really into it because playing with a dog is one thing and looking after it is a totally different issue. That was before we got our golden retriever, Max.
It was my dad's idea to get a dog and everyone else was not as keen. Initially, I assumed he was just kidding, but still I did all the necessary research and "played" along - all the while thinking he wasn't serious about it. We went around pet shops, looked at puppies and asked around. I never really did believe my dad would actually go get one, I mean he didn't even discuss it with the whole family. He brought me to a pet shop and asked to view the puppies, when he suddenly asked if we should get one and before I could really reply, he already paid a deposit for the puppy. What more could I have said?
In my opinion I feel that he did it on a whim then - we did not have a schedule who was to walk, feed the dog etc. And needless to say I was not happy. Initially for the first 2 weeks, it was pure torture and I really did not like having the dog around. My dad took the "honour" of training the dog and he was pretty tired out. However, little did I expect that Max would grow on me - being the lovable creature that he is. And now I simply adore him; not to the extreme extent as some other dog owners would though.
Max is a golden retriever who is around 2 and a half years old. He's an intelligent, energetic and adorable dog. When he was brought home at the age of 4 months, he was toilet-trained, taught to sit and give paw, within two weeks.
Initially, he was fed on dry food, but somehow or the other as time went by his diet changed from dry food to cooked food; no preservatives of course. He gets to eat chicken, pork, beef, fish(with no bones)! Even my friends commented that he has a pampered life.
For a dog, especially a golden, he can be pretty lazy and stubborn. But as with his breed, he loves his food and can be finicky about it at times.And apparently he has a temper too, which rarely surfaces. Once when he was told he could play with a mini cushion, he walked past us and simply threw the cushion in his mouth in our direction! And when he goes out for walks, if the sun happens to be a little too hot for him, he'll either walk in the shade and refuse to move, or simply walk behind the shadow of the person bringing him out for a walk.
